Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken prior to the booking. You pay the
remaining balance once the service has been provided. Cash and online banking
payment is accepted.
Cancellation
Dog walking cancellation notice needs to be given 48 Hours in
advance. Other services such as pop in pet visits or long home stays that
have been block booked require at least 7 days notice via email.
Cancelation later than this will be charged the full amount of the specific
service booked.

Positive feedback is appreciated, if you are happy with the services from
